(SAINT JOHN) Monday, Aug. 16, 2021- Following yesterday's incident at Horizon's St. Joseph's Hospital, Horizon is pleased with the progress being made so the facility can resume regular services.

Effective today, the Urgent Care Centre at Horizon's St. Joseph's Hospital has resumed regular operating hours and is open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. All patients and clients are welcome.

Repairs and clean-up following significant water damage continues, and for this reason Clinic 1 and 2 will remain closed until Thursday, August 19.

Our in-patients and staff have not been affected by the ongoing clean-up.

This is an unexpected incident and we are grateful to have such a dedicated staff.

We would like to thank all staff at Horizon's St. Joseph's Hospital who are working diligently to restore services. We would also like to thank staff at Horizon's Saint John Regional Hospital who have been able to accommodate an increased workload.
