Craving Change - A program for people who struggle with their eating habits

(SAINT JOHN) January 4, 2013 - The HOPE Wellness Centre is presenting "Craving Change", a four-week program aimed to help clients change their relationship with food.

Craving Change sessions will take place at the HOPE Wellness Centre, 4347 Loch Lomond Road, Saint John on Wednesday January 9, January 16, January 23 and January 30. Each session runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Many people want to take control of their eating but feel they lack the willpower to change. We all have the ability to make good food choices. We can learn to eat in a way that is healthy and realistic for our busy lifestyles.

The Craving Change program will help participants understand why they eat the way they do; how to comfort yourself without food; and how changing your thinking can change your eating habits.

To register, or to obtain additional information about this program, please call 506-632-5537. The program is free of charge. Space is limited.
