Warm up to diabetes – a free education session
(RIVERSIDE-ALBERT) November 1, 2012 - The Albert County Health and Wellness Centre will be hosting a free public education session called 'Warm up to Diabetes' on Saturday, November 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Caledonia Regional High School in Hillsborough.
The six-hour session will focus on a number of disease-management areas including diabetes and mental health, physical activity, hypertension, and nutrition. A healthy lunch and nutrition breaks will be provided.
