Physician offices relocating to temporary locations
(PERTH-ANDOVER) March 27, 2012 - Local family doctors have temporarily relocated their offices to the Perth-Andover Knights of Columbus Hall, 10 Columbus Street while their current offices are being restored.
Doctors Allison Kennedy, Carter Kennedy, Larry Kennedy, Andrew Kennedy, David Bell and Peter Moore began to see patients today at the temporary location. Individuals can contact their doctors by calling their regular office phone numbers.
Doctors Dora Morales, Moheb Zaki and Allison Moore will be relocating to the Perth-Andover Extra Mural building, 35 F.Tribe Road over the next week.
Emergency services can be accessed by calling 9-1-1 or going to the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville or Grand Falls General Hospital.
Patients from Hôtel-Dieu Saint Joseph Hospital have been relocated to the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, Grand Falls General Hospital or have been discharged home. Patient's families have been advised of their relocation and can call 375-5900 for further information.
Horizon is in the process of coordinating the continuation of outpatient services as quickly as possible.
Patients requiring chemotherapy will be receiving their treatment at either Upper River Valley Hospital or Grand Falls General Hospital. All patients will be notified.
Notification to patients scheduled for surgery has begun and patients will be given information about the status of their surgery.
All outpatient scheduled appointments (X-ray, lab work, physiotherapy, occupational therapy etc.) at the Hôtel-Dieu Saint Joseph Hospital have been cancelled until further notice and will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
