Horizon Health Network wants to hear from you
(UPPER RIVER VALLEY) March 14, 2014 - Public Service Announcement - Horizon Health Network is hosting an "Ideas and Solutions Forum" in the Upper River Valley area to hear about ways to improve patient care.
Every member of our community has been touched either directly or indirectly by the health-care system and everyone has an opinion on how to make things better. Now is your chance to be heard.
The regional health network is inviting anyone who has been a patient (or had family members as patients) to become a part of the solution by sharing experiences and ideas for improvement.
Several small-group discussion forums have been held in different areas of the province and they are an important step in Horizon's commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.
Providing the best possible health care to our patients and their families in a considerate and respectful way is at the heart of what we do and we know we can learn from people's experiences.
Forums for the Upper River Valley area are expected to be held at the end of this month or early in April. People who are interested in participating should register in advance by calling 1-855-661-0661. Details on location and times will be provided.
