A standardized approach for patients and guests to access free Wireless services within Horizon facilitates has not yet been finalized. Once the approach is confirmed, patients and guests will have clear information on how to access Wireless Services. Wireless access service is provided as an extension of the secure Horizon wireless services that are used by hospital staff. As a result, it will only be available where wireless services have been installed and there will be some restrictions around what it can be used for.

This service is currently available at some facilities throughout Horizon. For more information, check with staff at your local facility.
