Our dedicated volunteers are pleased to personally deliver a well-wishing email to a patient in any of our hospitals.
This service is intended for well-wishes only. Other messages that contain matters of business or inappropriate content will be deleted.
Do not send confidential information. Even though Horizon Health Network volunteers do treat patient messages as private documents, we do not recommend sending confidential items using this system.
This service is only for message delivery. Patients are unable to send a response through this service.
Messages are delivered by Horizon volunteers between 9 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday, excluding statuatory holidays.
