Jane Mitton-MacLean is a lifelong resident of Moncton who has a long history of giving back to her community through volunteering for many boards and charitable organizations. She is currently on the boards of the NB Adoption Foundation and CCI NB Chapter. She is a past board member of Downtown Moncton Centre-Ville Inc. A former Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) senior executive, Jane held many positions with ALC before retiring in September 2013. She was responsible for executing ALC's $1.1 million Canada Games Sponsorship as well as managing sponsorships for many special events such as Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival and the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation. Highlights of her past community contributions include volunteer commitments for the United Way, the Atlantic Ballet of Canada and the Peter Gzowski Invitational Golf Tournament for Literacy. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars as chair of numerous fundraising efforts. Jane graduated from Riverview High School in 1977 as class President and went on to receive her Business Administrative Diploma. She is accredited with the Certification of the Canadian Institute of Advertising Professionals.
